At Hotel Moliceiro the hospitality is designed for the enjoyment customer a stay in which they exceed their expectations since it is undoubtedly the reason for and guarantor of business growth to ensure the necessary return to their prosperity.

We want to offer a differentiated service attending to small details.

Quality Policy
We endeavour to guarantee a fully satisfying stay, with a view to increasing the customer's desire to return to Aveiro and rediscover the comfort of the Hotel Moliceiro.
To this end, it is our policy to

- Involve other interested parties in promoting good relationship management.

- To continuously improve our services, in order to monitor customer needs
- Keep the commitment to guarantee a pleasent stay in order to intensify the customer will to return to Aveiro
- Promote the provision of meals to be appreciated for its organoleptic and nutritional value with a safety and health guarantee supported by HACCP, a food safety system
- Be attentive to market requirements regarding the changing expectations of the customers, identifying new areas of business and permanent technological update
- Promote the continuous development of its employees by providing them with the necessary training, resources and authority to perform their duties according to the defined performance standard
- Create mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, enhancing the ability of both parties to create value.
We believe in an activity supported by a participatory process, versatile, committed and creative to strengthen interdepartmental relationship and the collective feeling that the Hotel Moliceiro is proud to have and, therefore, these goals are monitored and reviewed, at headquarters, with the purpose to improve the efficiency of the management system.
As Manager, I take responsibility for ensuring that the appropriate resources, including human and financial resources, are made available for the implementation of this Policy and for the fulfilment of all the requirements to which HM subscribes.
Whenever necessary, this policy is revised to remain appropriate and is disseminated in a controlled manner and explained to all levels of the organisation as well as made known to all interested parties, if and when necessary.
